Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Service

Kardive is a trading card collection, physical storage, and deck management tool. The mobile application works offline for free.

Kardive Cloud is an optional paid service providing multi-device sync, cloud backup, and web access on kardive.app.

2. Account and 7-Day Unverified Email Deletion

Creating an account is optional and only required for Kardive Cloud sync or code activation. Unverified email accounts are automatically deleted after 7 days.

3. Subscriptions and Activation Codes

Kardive Cloud can be activated via Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions (validated by RevenueCat), or by redeeming a single-use 16-character Crockford Base32 code included with a Kardive box or scan machine.

4. 90-Day Read-Only Grace Period

When Kardive Cloud ends, your local mobile collection continues working offline and your cloud data remains readable and exportable to CSV on kardive.app for 90 days before automatic deletion.

5. Market Prices and Backups

Market prices (from Cardmarket and TCGplayer) are indicative estimates only. Users are encouraged to export regular CSV backups.
