Delete your Kardive account
How to delete your account and the data it holds, from the app, from the website or by email.

1. In the mobile app
Open the Me tab and tap Delete account.
Confirm with your password, or sign in one last time with Google or Apple. The deletion takes effect at once.
2. On kardive.app
Sign in on kardive.app/login, choose Delete my account in your account page and confirm.
3. By email
Write to contact@kardive.app from the email address of your account and ask for its deletion. We delete it within one month and confirm by email.
4. What gets deleted
Your account: email address, name and sign-in methods.
Your synced collection: cards, copies, locations, boxes, lists and decks.
Your Kardive Cloud data: subscription state and the subscriber record held by RevenueCat.
Database backups roll over within 14 days, so every copy is gone after that delay.
5. What stays
The collection stored on your phone stays there; uninstall the app to remove it.
An App Store or Google Play subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple or Google account.
